You are not getting a typical package tour and there is no busses and “mass speed touring” involved. Ljubljana airport offers plenty of rental options as well as taxi services. Please let us know if you’d like assistance with making a reservation.

We do care about our promise to the environment so we will be assisting everyone to minimise their holiday’s carbon footprint by facilitating car sharing. Let us know if you would be interested in offering/using a ride along and we will help out by putting you in touch. Similarly, if you do not want to drive during your stay with us at all, please let us know, our friendly local team will provide you with a hassle free solution.

We recommend you take out a comprehensive travel insurance package, as you would for any other holiday. If you are an EU national, your national medical insurance covers your stay in Slovenia, all you need to bring with you is a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) issued by your national health insurance authority.

To secure your holiday a deposit of 100 £ is payable at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable at least 30 days before the trip.

Refunds

Should you decide to cancel your booking from whichever reason we will attempt to fill the available place with a new booking. If we are successful you will receive a refund less deposit.

We cater for vegetarians and can also provide gluten free meals. Let us know and we’ll make sure your requirements are met.

There is no single’s supplement however there is a limit on how many rooms we can allocate to the solo traveller.

We will send you your holiday booklet at least 4 weeks before your holiday to make sure you have all the necessary information. The booklet will contain also the list of equipment recommended for your experience with us to make sure you are properly equipped to enjoy Slovenia’s hills and forests safely.

Slovenia is about as safe as a country can get. Being a small country its geopolitical footprint is small which has its upsides as far as security threats are concerned. In addition, where you will be staying is one of the safest places in one of the safest countries in the world, with one of the lowest crime rates. Slovenia came in at 10th place in the Global Peace Index rankings in 2016.
